Leadership and Inspire Action
The Leadership Development Program aims to equip second level functionaries in Public Funded Institutions such as Deans, Heads of Departments, and Directors of Divisions/Schools with the leadership skills necessary for governance roles in academic institutions. The mandatory eligibility conditions are
At least 8 years of experience in the grade of Professor.
At least 3 years’ experience in administrative positions
High academic standing (Preferably 30 publications in SCOPUS indexed international journals or UGC approved journals)
The age has been relaxed from 55 years to 58 years as on 31st December 2018
